Become a city member
Check the list of cities under Find Your River of Flowers to check whether or not your city has a River of Flowers already. If so, click on the link and go to your city's pages.
If your city is not on the list and you would like to start a River of Flowers in your city, register using the form to become a City Member of the River of Flowers. Once you have done this, your city will be registered as a prospective city and will appear on the World Map.
To complete your city registration you will need to specify a start location for your river, an end location and one other location where there are urban wildflowers and wild trees already growing or where you propose to plant them.
Connect to us
If approved, your City River of Flowers will appear on the World Map as a Global Member and the next time you login you will be able to access and manage all your City River of Flowers web pages including partnerships, projects, events, images and contact details.
On the City Map, you will be able to select different categories of wildflower locations such as a:
- urban meadow
- roof meadow
- street meadow
- proposed meadow
The term ‘meadow’ stands for any urban space with wildflowers and wild trees.
Your City River of Flowers will need to grow longer and wider to provide more floral forage for pollinators so please encourage people and groups supporting pollinators and wild spaces including gardeners, food growing groups, beekeepers, and those managing city farms, community gardens and nature reserves to join the River of Flowers as partners.
